Overall Property - Very good and well maintained. Nice upscale presentation of the lobby and public spaces. Room - The rooms were spacious. Comfortable beds. Great water pressure. Very good A/C. Good wifi. Service and Staff - Excellent. Very friendly and welcoming. Attentive. Location - Very convenient location. Direct access to the mall (without having to get in the heat). Most every service was a short walk away. Restaurants, shopping, laundry, spa. Not fancy, upscale gallerias; but meets all needs and comforts. Safety - Very safe. Security officers are everywhere managing traffic, pedestrians, and have a good presence in the neighborhood at all hours.

Newly renovated. Big difference from our previous stay which noted the sorry state of the hotel. Im glad that renovations were done . Staff as always was very accommodating.

Two things Its location, situated right beside a mall makes it practical and convenient to its guests and the staff, they were very helpful, attentive, respectful and they will make you feel welcome the moment you set foot in the property

Great location with shops, restaurants, hair dressers, grocery market and church near by. I had a great view of the river and city from my window. Excellent breakfast. I have stayed here twice in the past and hope to stay here again. I felt totally safe wandering around the restaurants nearby, even in the evening.
