Children and extra bed policy
Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 12 years old stay for ₱ 1,000 per person per night when using an existing bed. Children up to and including 12 years old stay for ₱ 1,000 per person per night when using an available extra bed. People 13 years old and over stay for ₱ 1,500 per person per night when using an available extra bed. You haven't added any cots. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

A valid ID is required upon check-in for verification of domestic residents booking at domestic rates. br/ Eastwood Richmonde Hotel (ERH) is now certified by the Department of Tourism (DOT) as a Multiple-Use Hotel in compliance with all prerequisites detailed in Administrative Order 2021-004-A. As a Multiple-Use Hotel, ERH has been determined to be suitable for the accommodation of both quarantine and non-quarantine guests with the implementation of safety protocols that conform to relevant public health standards and ensure the physical separation of the two types of guests.brbrWith this, ERH is now permitted to accommodate the following:br- Individuals who opt or are required to undergo mandatory quarantine;br- Health and emergency frontline personnel in need of easy access to their workplace;br- Long-staying guests;- Returning residents;br- Authorized Persons Outside of Residence (APOR) who require accommodations pursuant to their official function or duty;br- Business guests; andbr- Participants in essential meetings and social events, as defined and regulated by the Department of Tourism and Department of Health.brbrIn order to maintain the safety of all guests, ERH shall not allow confirmed COVID-19 cases, symptomatic guests, guests awaiting results of COVID-19 tests, or guests undergoing quarantine, to check in as non-quarantine guests.brbrAt Alert Level Status 2 or 1, leisure travelers and staycationers may be accommodated by the hotel.brbrFor inquiries and concerns, you may contact us directly. br/ The pool and fitness center will be temporarily closed until further notice due to renovation.
